The Greater Miami Health Education & Training Center (GMHETC) is committed to developing the next generation of physicians through immersive clinical training. What We Do
Comprehensive Training for Future Physicians
In collaboration with the Center for Haitian Studies, Health & Human Services (CHS) and regional South Florida health systems, GMHETC provides medical clerkship opportunities for medical students, residents, and other trainees.
Our diverse clinical training experiences span multiple specialties and subspecialties, placing students in both hospital and outpatient settings throughout South Florida. These clerkships meet the criteria set by the State of Florida, ensuring that students receive accredited, high-quality training in environments that prepare them for their medical careers.

Once your scheduled call is complete, our team will coordinate with you and your medical school as soon as possible to finalize your placement.
